What Makes Silk & Snow Different
True High-Density Foam
At Silk & Snow, we strictly use 4lb High-Density Memory Foam in our S&S mattresses. 4lb memory foam ensures your mattress is not only more comfortable, but also built to last. Other mattresses like Juno claim to use "high-density" foam, but uses 2.5lb foam in their comfort layer.
Total Transparency
At Silk & Snow, we value transparency as one of our core values. That's why we offer total transparency in all of our manufacturing, materials, and products. On the other hand, GoodMorning.com does not readily disclose the source of their materials on their website. Additionally, GoodMorning.com operates a mattress review website called Mattress-Reviews.com, where they consistently rate all of their own mattress as the top mattresses in Canada.
360 Removable Cover
Keeping your mattress clean doesn’t have to be a chore. Our mattress is designed with a 360˚ zipper that allows you to easily remove the top panel for laundering. It's also anti-microbial, which means you can enjoy a hygienic sleep, every night.

Juno Mattress Canada Overview

The Juno Mattress was launched by it's parent company, GoodMorning.com, in 2019. The Juno was launched to provide a budget bed option in GoodMorning.com's lineup of bed-in-a-box mattresses.

Juno Mattress Construction and Materials

The Juno Mattress is an entirely foam mattress, meaning it's constructed completely of foam layers, and does not contain any coils. This mattress is comprised of 2 layers of polyurethane foam, surrounded by a cover made from a blend of polyester and viscose. In comparison, our S&S Mattress uses a cover that is anti-microbial to add an extra dimension of cleanliness to your sleep.

The first layer (or comfort layer) of the Juno Mattress is comprised of 2" of 2.5lb memory foam, which is infused with cooling gel. This is followed by the base layer, which is comprised of 6" of 1.8lb polyurethane foam. This base layer provides additional support to the more contouring feel of the memory foam comfort layer.

Juno Mattress Firmness and Feel

In our testing of the Juno Mattress, we found it to be medium firm. Similar to our S&S Mattress, we rated the Juno mattress at a 6/10 in terms of firmness and feel.

The memory foam comfort layer provides a reasonable level of plushness, and envelops your body with a classic memory foam feel. The base layer also provides support and firmness, rounding out the overall sensation of sleeping on this bed. Heavier sleepers should consider the overall weight and sturdiness of the mattress they sleep on, however. Our S&S Mattress is heavier when compared to the Juno, which may prove to be more effective in providing support for heavier sleepers.

Where Can I Buy the Juno Mattress?

The Juno Mattress is sold only in Canada, and can only be purchased online through the Goodmorning.com website.

Juno Mattress Smell

Some customers have reported some minimal off-gassing in their Juno Mattresses. To mitigate this issue, we recommend you let your Juno Mattress off-gas for a period of 48h before sleeping on it.

Juno Mattress History

Launched in 2019, Juno is a sub brand of Goodmorning.com (formerly Novosbed), which was founded by siblings Sam Prochazka, Andy Prochazka, and Helenka Prochazka in Edmonton, Alberta, in 2009.

The Juno was launched as a budget option in the mattress lineup of Goodmorning.com
